Rooted Oaks Coaching was born from the hard, holy ground of lived experience—trauma, healing, motherhood, foster care, spiritual disillusionment, and deep restoration. Founded by Carmen Howard, a certified trauma-informed mindset coach, Rooted Oaks exists to bridge the gap between emotional healing and spiritual formation.
We walk with women—especially those in leadership, ministry, or positions of influence—who are tired of white-knuckling their way through life. Women ready to heal, shift their thinking, and live with compassion-led clarity.
This is a place for the ones who have led while bleeding, prayed through pain, and longed for spaces where it’s safe to be both strong and tender. Rooted Oaks is where deep meets deeper, and where transformation doesn’t come through striving—but through safety, honesty, and the presence of God.
